★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福山で飲んだ後の最後の〆は必ずこの店で終わります。おススメはぶんぶんラーメンです。台湾ラーメンに近い感じでココで一杯食べると次の日の二日酔いがマシになります。一度食べると必ずハマります。深夜3時まで営業しているので便利です。
The last cup after drinking in Fukuyama will surely end at this store. I recommend ramen. If you eat a cup here with a feeling close to Taiwan ramen, the next day's hangover will be better. Once eaten, you will always be hooked. It is convenient because it is open until midnight.

あっさりとした豚骨醤油、醤油寄り。
脂とスープがうまく絡み合っている。あっさりなので、ドリンクのようにスープが進む、まるでナタデココジュース。
麺は中華麺で歯切れがよく安っぽさを感じさせないしっかりととした味。
チャーシューは薄く普通。
餃子は手造り感(もちもちしすぎない皮、ほろほろ崩れる肉)があるが、絶賛するほどかと言われたら微妙。

19時ごろに訪問した時は、お客さんは一人もおらず、大丈夫かなぁと心配になりました。
福山ラーメンはストレート麺に濃い目の醤油スープと言ったところでしょうか。
麺の量は少なめなので、普通にラーメンだけを食べるなら、大盛りにした方がよいかも。だけど、飲んだ後には、普通盛りぐらいがちょうど良いです。

九州佐賀県出身で40代愛知県在住、勤務地は岐阜県。
九州は元より、徳島、和歌山、京都、敦賀、高山、富山、横浜、新潟、佐野、喜多方、山形、秋田、札幌など、醤油、塩、味噌、豚骨、魚介系、つけ麺などなど。多種多様なラーメンを食べさせてもらった。
私は九州出身のくせに「尾道」が1番旨いと思う。
福山SAのラーメンでかなり満足していた。私以外に妻や岐阜、愛知の友人など福山SAのラーメンが1番旨いと口を揃える。
しかし「1番旨い」を揺るぎないものにしたのは、この店だった。
この店は福山在住の兄、オススメの店であった。オススメの「こってり」を注文。あっさりなのにこってり。九州ほどの麺の細さでないので食べやすい。スープの深み、チャーシューが主張しない。背脂のつるんとする食感。全てが主張しないで静かにまとまっている。
現代の浮き足立ったラーメンとは違い、これぞまさに「ラーメン」
来店は三年前なのだが、未だ、ここより旨いラーメンは出会っていない。

This store was my brother in Fukuyama, a recommended store. I order the recommended "Kotsuri". Easy to live. It is easy to eat because it is not as thin as noodles in Kyushu. Unlike the rammed ramen of today, it is truly a ramen.
Visiting is three years ago, but still, ramen which is better than here does not meet.

ラーメンはシンプルな醤油ラーメン。餃子は宮城の純和豚を使っていてとても美味しかったです♪

とんこつ？魚介系？醤油らーめん
私には魚介系が強く感じました。スープはこくがあって、きっちり最後まで飲み干せ、白ごはんとの相性抜群な感じ。チャーシューもでしゃばってなくてバランスも良く麺だけが私の好みと少しずれてるかな？
完成された味で☆4,3かな？
美味しかったですよ☺️
