★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は夜限定のスタミナラーメンを食べてみた。数十年ラーメンを食べてきた中で一番しょっぱかった。分量間違えたのか？出なければ味覚がおかしいのか？他の注文した客はうまいと思ってるのかな( ﾟーﾟ)まあ、他の味噌ホルモン麺とかは普通に旨いので、星４つ。火曜日は餃子４つで１００円やってます。
 I ate stamina ramen only at night today. It was the most salty I've eaten ramen for decades. Did you make a mistake in the amount? If it doesn't come out, is the taste strange? I wonder if the other customers who ordered it are good (゚ ゚) Well, other miso hormone noodles are usually delicious, so 4 stars. On Tuesday, I'm doing 100 yen for 4 dumplings.

2口ぐらいしか入ってなかった。
実質値上げだ。
残念。。。

無料トッピングの柚子を加えたスープはパンチがあって美味しかったものの、麺がイマイチ…。
ちぢれ中太麺ですが、ちと柔らかい上にスープと合わず残念。
餃子はニンニク感抑え目の普通。
自分的にはもう少し効いていた方が美味しいと思います。
駐車場は縦長なので出入りに注意。
I ordered shio ramen and dumplings.
The soup with the free topping Yuzu was punchy and delicious, but the noodles were not good.
It's a small medium-thick noodle, but it's a pity that it's soft and doesn't go well with the soup.
Dumplings are normal with garlic-suppressing eyes.
I think it's better if it works a little more.
The parking lot is vertically long, so be careful when entering and exiting.

味噌ホルモン、と言うのは豚軟骨を12時間煮込んだものだとのこと。ホルモンのイメージと違ったけど、トロトロに煮込まれたお肉は美味しいね〜(^^)デフォルトで卵も乗ってるから、930円とお値段高め。常に、卵はなくても良い私には、卵なしで100円引きの選択肢があると沢山リピートするかもかな。
白髪ネギはシャキシャキしている。海苔の風味もいいし。めんまは少し甘めの味付け。ゴマのコクかなぁ？味噌自体はそこまで濃くないけど、補ってるのかな？
女性にだけと、杏仁豆腐のサービスが有りました。杏仁霜控えめなのかなぁ？ラーメンの後の口直しにさっぱり甘さ控えめで美味しいし、嬉しいけど、ミルクプリンかな、と思いました。

The white-haired green onions are crispy. The flavor of seaweed is also good. Menma is slightly sweetened. Is it the richness of sesame? Miso itself is not so thick, but is it supplemented?
There was a service of almond tofu only for women. Is it modest in almond frost? The sweetness is modest and delicious after the ramen, and I'm happy, but I thought it was milk pudding.

I love rich ramen, so I decided by looking at the photos in the review.
I ordered ramen and it was rich and delicious! The noodles were also moderately thick and the soup was entwined with the noodles and it was really delicious.
When I ordered ENBAN-dumplings, the shop staff recommended me to add miso sauce, so I was able to enjoy the change in taste.
My husband ordered the most popular ramen.
The hormones are soft and it looks like char siu! Said.
It ’s really delicious ramen and I want to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior is like a traditional ramen shop with counter seats, tables and floor seating option. Ramen menu is decent and has seasonal ramen on menu, like cow tongue ramen(gyutantanmen). The tables were clean and spotless.
