★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の制服がメルヘンなお店。食器は不思議の国のアリスの挿し絵柄である。オムレツのメニューがメインで、パンケーキ系のデザートも充実。それほど価格帯は高くないが、さりとて安くもないといったところ。
 The shop staff uniform is a fairy tale. The tableware is a picture of Alice in Wonderland. Main menu is omelet, pancake dessert. The price range is not so high, but it is not cheap.

No se por que solo tienen un tabasco para todas las mesas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのオムライス、ハンバーグは大変美味しく頂いてます。とても満足ですが、店員の質がまばらなのが惜しいところです。トイレの位置を確認するために、制服を着ている人に声をかけたら目配せされ、人がいる方に顔を向けただけでスルーされました。「少々お待ち下さい。こちらの方の対応お願いします。」等の他の方へのパスすらないのは如何なものかと思います。新人さんだとしても、分からない時、対応できない時に先輩にパスする方法は知っておくべきです。良い対応をして下さる人が同じ評価をされかねないので、きちんと教育すべきだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔、渋谷のお店にはよく食べに行っていたラケル。久々に食べたくなって、鶴見店に初の来訪。
卵料理やラケルパンは変わらぬ美味しさ。
シァル鶴見の5階だが、シァル鶴見の駐車場は1550の車高制限があるため、それ以上の車は隣の鶴見シークレインの駐車場へ。(提携割引あり)
久々のラケルパンが美味すぎて、テイクアウトでも購入して帰りました。
ただ、昔ながらで変わってないけれど、店員さんを呼ぶ鈴かボタンはあった方が便利かな。
このご時世、大声で店員さんを呼ぶのも気が引けるし、是非ご一考を。

However, although it is old-fashioned and has not changed, it would be more convenient to have a bell or button to call the clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view from the 7th floor. One of the few places in Japan that serve butter (on hot buns). Good service. Food is excellent and quite unique. They have their own way of making and presenting omelettes as well as other dishes and desserts. No piped in elevator music, which is a godsend. You can feel at home in this place. The decor is homey as well.
