手荷物用の油避けナプキンも頂いたり、お水のお代わりはグラスごと替えてくれる丁寧な接客。
ビーフ100%のハンバーグは安定の美味しさ。
付け合わせの玉葱、じゃがいも、ミックスベジタブルも以前から変わらなくて安心します。
ハンバーグソースは、塩味少なめなので卓上の塩胡椒で調整する派です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格は高め設定なのでお財布には覚悟。ただ、料理のボリュームは価格に合った半端ない量が提供される。味つけは好みが分かれるがハンバーグのソースはまったくパンチがなく、いきなりステーキのハンバーグソースの方が私は美味しい。ステーキの肉もやや硬め。驚いたのはコロナのこの時期、ハンバーグやステーキにかけるソースが２人で行ったのにひとつの容れ物で提供され、シェアする方式だったこと。それは今ありえないと言ったら、個々で使えるよう、もうワンセット用意してはくれたが、その他はかなり徹底したコロナ対策をしているだけに残念。お楽しみは、床に描かれた虎の足跡。お帰りの際は探してみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても変わらない味と雰囲気。
社会人4年目で妻と結婚して、横浜へ引っ越してこのお店を知った。
当時は高いな〜本当にその値段に見合うか？と穿った態度で入店してその味のトリコになった。
年に数回は訪問するようになり、子供が生まれて連れて行き大喜びな顔を見てからさらに訪問回数は増える一方。
メニューにはステーキもあるので、何回か注文したことはあり、確かに美味しいと思うのだが、ハンバーグステーキがやはり一番と思える。
これからもよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビーフ100%の牛肉とこだわりの炭火焼きで焼かれ、テーブルにもってくる鉄板からいい匂い。店員さんが最後にカットで追い込み、ソースをかけてジューっと言わせる演出はいつも美味しいさ掻き立てられる。
今回はダブルハンバーグステーキをオーダー。
神奈川県民のソウルフードの一つなので良く食べにいくが予約早めにしておかないと閉店ギリで入れないことも。

大変美味しく頂きました。
トレッサ横浜施設内なので、駐車場は無料です。
アクリル板等はなく、気になる方は空いている時間に来店がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の誕生日のお祝いで利用させて頂きました。日曜日の18:00でしたが、E-PARKで予約していたのでほぼ時間通りに案内して頂きました。30~40分待ちになっているので、予約して行くことをお勧めします。ハンバーグと骨付きラムのコンボセットを頂きました。目の前の鉄板の上で仕上げに焼いて貰えるのはいいですね。ハンバーグは肉汁がたっぷりあり、ジューシーで美味しかったです。ラム肉も臭みもなく程よく焼けていて、食べやすかったです。家族の記念日にまた行きたいと思います。
