k	kumi tana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店は年に数回利用していますがコロナ禍と言う事も有り、昨日は久しぶりの訪問でした。店を入って直ぐの所にサービスのメニューが置かれており、ミニ天丼とそばのセットでした。パートの女性は見慣れない顔ぶればかりでした。席についてお茶を出され、「注文はベルを押して下さい。」と、言って直ぐに背中を向けて行ってしまわれました。注文は決まっていたので、「お決まりですか？」と尋ねてくれれば〜とガッカリしました。 2人で注文の品を確認し、ベルを押すと直ぐに他の方が来られましたが、「前の所に有ったミニ天丼の•••」と言ったところ、甲高い大きな声で「ケースの中のですか？ミニミニですが？」そんな注文でわわかりませんとばかりに、詰問されびっくりするばかりでした。客の注文を察する事が出来ない人が、こんな老舗のサービス業に就くのかと不思議です。お客が、注文の仕方が悪いと叱責を受ける時代なのですかね？ついでに、暖かいお蕎麦のつゆは以前は少し薄めでしたが、最近は少し濃いめです。残念極まりない時間でした。 I use this shop several times a year It's been a long time since I visited yesterday because it's called Corona. 須	須天正英 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問したのはお昼時、やや早い時間。ウェイティングが出来始めた頃合いでした。店員さんの多くはにこやかで、二人客であるのに、一瞬並び席にすわらせていただいた間にテーブル席を手早く片付けていただき、余裕をもって食事することができました。オーダーはざるそばと親子丼。同伴者は日替わりだったと思います。ひょっとしたら、日にちが悪く、ただ忙しかっただけなのかもしれません。なにかがかわったのかもしれません。蕎麦の香りが鼻に抜けるのが好きなのですが、それは感じませんでした。。出された時点で、すでに蕎麦にしまりがないとか、天ぷらの衣が重い、べたつくといったところばかりがきになってしまい、、、、日曜日ゆえ、お忙しすぎたのでしょうか。。。記憶のなかで、本店では、目の前に運ばれてくるまでの気配り、天ぷらの衣加減、揚げ方、そばの締め加減、繊細さにいつも感動しているのですが。みなさんは楽しそうに食べておられたので、おそらく好みか、気のせいだったのかもしれませんが、少し辛かったです。あくまで個人の感想にすぎませんが。 I visited at noon, a little early.
