近江神宮に参拝した帰り、同行者たちに誘われて初訪問。 私自身、蕎麦に関して偉そうな蘊蓄を語れるわけではありませんが、ここの蕎麦には感動というかインパクトはあると思います。 例えば、神田藪蕎麦などは店内の空気が蕎麦の味を美味しく感じさせていると思うのですが、ここの店でも、神宮の清冽な気、それから店主の蕎麦や料理全般に対する造詣の深さが、この蕎麦の価値をさらに高めているように思います。 例えば、京料理の最高峰と目される懐石料理店などに対する評価などが話題になっても、ここのご主人は自分の価値尺度に裏打ちされた体験や考え方をお話しくださいます。ちなみにご主人の評価によると、京都の中ではかの『未在』がナンバーワンだそうです。 グリメ話の花も咲くお店です。 是非とも再訪問したいお店です。

今天去近江神宫午饭在神社附近一家荞麦面馆吃的,叫善庵,等了很久,有点讲究的,不少穿和服的老同志也在吃。 吃的时候坐在榻榻米上,店里的老奶奶先细致地介绍他们的荞麦面怎么讲究法,什么用的群马县的原料,多少道步骤,荞麦面的特质是里面怎么样,外面怎么样,该怎么吃……还推荐吃完冷的荞麦面以后来份天妇罗暖暖肚子,最后还有碗米汤。 墙上挂的军人不知道是不是开店祖先,从点单到荞麦面上来差不多20分钟……店里除了荞麦面只有天妇罗,细致地给每一个客人介绍和问候,大概每个人要说个5分钟……比起吃饭更像文化体验了,挺有意思的。
