「仕組みが変わって、この商品は登録販売者の説明をしないといけないのでお待ち下さい」
と説明必要の案内書を見せられ待ったが、
男性店長らしきのが遠くから
「レジ通して！」
と言って結局は説明などなく購入。
「説明は大丈夫なの？」
と返してみたら、
「すみません」
って……仕組み変わったと言いながらそんな適当で曖昧な中身にドラッグストアへの不信感を抱いてしまう。
１年前も、電子マネーに千円チャージとレジに壱万円を渡した所、全額チャージされた。
最悪なのは「入金したら元に戻せないから我慢して下さい」とあり得ないセリフ。
上司みたいな女性もレジに着て、
「入金すると無理なんです」
とパートが間違えたのを詫びる事もしない。
ツルハは危機管理体制が出来ていない。
本社のある北海道のツルハでも去年、資格無しで処方箋調剤販売などの不正問題で保健所に立ち入り指導されたのがあったばかりで、医薬品販売会社として不安残る。
