それと、時間指定で出来立てを作ってくれますが、指定時間の10分前には準備出来てるっぽい。
わざと遅い時間言って取りに行っても良いかもね…その方が本当に出来立てって思った?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに利用したのですが、他のほっともっとに比べても、店員が要領が悪い。声も聞き取りにくい小さい声だし、予約しといて、お弁当出来ているのに、渡すのに時間がかかり過ぎる(袋詰めすらしていない)あなたの少々お待ちくださいは、どこまでが少々なのかしら？と思った。お待たせ致しましたすら言えないし。
他店は袋詰めして、来店したら渡せる様になっているのに、出来上がったお弁当が、積み上がっている中から、注文表見ながら探して、袋詰めして…ひとつひとつの所作が遅い所に、それじゃ、時間かかるわけですよね。お弁当冷めるし、前にいた方も対応酷かったけれど、改善全くされていないんだなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお昼時に買いに行きましたが、厨房の中のゲラゲラ高い笑い声。レジの女性の方と目が合いお辞儀をされた。僕が何かしたのかと思いました。お客さんいる時に厨房の声丸聞こえで話すのは良くない。マスクをしててもコロナの世の中弁当屋として疑問に思う。気を付けた方がいいと思います
