入れ忘れ自体は何処のお店でも誰にでもあるからそこに問題は感じません。
ただもう一度その商品を取りに行くとしてもこちらは時間と、ガソリン代だってかかってるわけです。
遠方から取りに行くなら尚更。
商品をそのまま渡すだけってのはどうなんでしょう？
入れ忘れのミスと、こちらの労力の釣り合いが取れてるとは思いませんでした。
僕はあまりこの接客を支持できません。

I don't feel any problem because forgetting to put it in is common to every shop and everyone.
However, even if I go to pick up the product again, it takes time and gasoline.
Especially if you go to get it from afar.
How about just handing over the product as it is?
I didn't think that the mistake of forgetting to put it in was balanced with this effort.
I can't really support this customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキに乗せるプレートに手も洗わずに、アルコール消毒をする訳でもなく、カウンターで素手でプレートを触りながら、お姉さんがお誕生日おめでとうを書いてくれました。
書いて貰っている間、ずっと「え？」「まさかの？」と思っていましたが、そこにチョコペンが置いてあると言う事は、これが通常でやっていらっしゃるんだなーと思いました。
私は、衛生的にどうなの？ましてやコロナの最中…本当にびっくりしました。

While I was writing it, I was always thinking "What?" "Is it really?", But I thought that the fact that the chocolate pen was placed there was something that was normally done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エキソンパイを買う予定でしたが目移りしてケーキを購入。上品な甘さで、美味しく頂きました。若い店員さんばかりですが一生懸命接客する姿が印象的でした。
I was planning to buy an exon pie, but I changed my mind and bought a cake. It was delicious with an elegant sweetness. Although all the staff are young, it was impressive to see them serving customers very hard.
