蕎麦のうえに大根おろし，シソ，椎茸の甘煮，天かすがのっており、蕎麦つゆも非常に美味。
麺もとても上品な味わいでした。
接客もとても良い感じでした⭕️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に出される出汁？のようなものはなんでしょう？とにかく美味しいです笑。(常連さんはお替りをたのんでました)
そばも細うどんも食べましたが、麺は蒟蒻が練り込んであるような食感で好みが分かれるかも。私のお勧めはカツ丼。まさにお袋の味と言うか、全く気を衒わない、いい意味で「普通のカツ丼」。自己主張の強い、頑張り過ぎの食べ物が多いこのご時世、カッコつけないただシンプルに旨いこのカツ丼を口にいっぱい頬張ると、もうそれだけで最高に癒されます。単身赴任でいつもコンビニ弁当ばかりの人、しばらく実家に帰ってない学生さん、このカツ丼で癒されて下さい。

I ate soba and thin udon noodles, but the noodles may have different tastes due to the texture of konjac. My recommendation is katsudon. It's just the taste of a bag, or in a good way, it's an "ordinary katsudon". In this age of self-assertive, over-working food, if you put a lot of this katsudon in your mouth, it will be healed to the fullest. If you are a single person and always have a convenience store lunch box, or a student who hasn't returned to your parents' house for a while, please be healed with this katsudon.

細めの麺はコシ良し、風味良し。
天ぷらもカラッと美味。
店員さんの丁寧な対応と細やかな消毒拭き上げ。大将のかけ声。
次は鴨せいろが食べたい。

土曜のお昼時12時前で既に満席。
メニューを見て何にしようか迷い、「おすすめはなんですか？」と聞いたところ『天ざる』ですとの事で天ざるを頼みました。
満席でしたがそんなに待たずに天ざるが出て来ました。お蕎麦はコシがあり蕎麦のいい香りがし美味しいお蕎麦でした。蕎麦つゆは鰹だしのきいた香り良い美味しい蕎麦つゆ。
天ぷらは熱々でサクサク。
海老2本、ブロッコリー、舞茸、エリンギ、カボチャ、椎茸と大満足。お客様は途切れる事なく入って来て回転の良いお店です
お店の方の対応は優しく気持ちのいい対応でまた行きたいと思います

I visited you for the first time.
It is already full before 12:00 noon on Saturday.
I was wondering what to do when I saw the menu, and when I asked "What is your recommendation?", I asked for Tenzaru because it was "Tenzaru".
It was full, but the heavenly colander came out without waiting so much. The buckwheat noodles were chewy, had a nice aroma of buckwheat noodles, and were delicious. Soba soup is a delicious soba soup with a nice bonito broth and aroma.
Tempura is hot and crispy.
Very satisfied with 2 shrimp, broccoli, Maitake mushroom, King trumpet mushroom, pumpkin, and shiitake mushroom. Customers come in without interruption and it is a shop with good rotation
I would like to go again with a gentle and pleasant response from the shop staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋焼きうどん満足。鴨も肉厚で量も入っている。鰹出汁しっかり。そばはいわゆる蕎麦じゃないけどおいしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨せいろ1300円を頂きました。つゆの美味さ、鴨肉とネギのハーモニーが絶妙で細めの蕎麦と楽しめました。地元のご高齢の方がいらしているお店で、量も控えめですが接客の優しさや雰囲気で気持ちの良いお店でした。
またお邪魔したいと思います。
他の方の投稿でもありますが、最初に出てくる出汁？が超美味しいです。
