いらっしゃいませもない
先客が二人しか居ないのにこちらに気づかないのがお粗末
ここの従業員なのか娘なのか客が居るにも関わらず子供を店内でおんぶ、しかも歌う始末
店員の耳障りな無駄話
そんなの店の外でやってくれます？
そばとセットを食べましたがそばのかえし辛くてイマイチ セットの小丼は酷すぎて食べる気も失せた
○年前は美味しかったのに変わってしまって残念

何度呼び掛けても誰も出て来なかった。
食事できず、仕方なくそのまま店を出た。
のれんが出ていたから入ったのに。
星を付ける以前の問題でした。

小鶴新田駅周辺は食事をする所がないため、調べた結果、こちらの蕎麦屋さんに行きました。
訪問が平日の12時半であったため店内はサラリーマンで少々混み気味。厨房は高齢な男性と女性お二人と、子供をおぶった女性店員。
店内を見渡すと
・子供用三輪車が放置
・子供用のサッカーボールが放置
・積み上がった雑誌の上に折り畳み傘
・空きビンのラック、ビールサーバーの樽
・くもったグラス
等々
イスもバラバラ、机も拭いてない。
食事が済んだ食器も片付いてない。
給茶機がつまって水が下から漏れている。
あげればきりがない惨憺たる状況です。
まず飲食店として成り立っておらず、オペレーションが崩壊しています。それが分かっていないので店主はじめ店員もイライラ。
厨房も無茶苦茶です。ぬるいそばつゆ。
袋から直接取り出す海苔。蕎麦湯なし。
食事を作る途中でレジ打ち。
食事を提供する人間の所業ではありません。
何ひとつ他の飲食店に比べていいところがありません。掃除という概念がないお店です。

いらっしゃいませの言葉が聞こえず、睨まれたような感覚。席を案内されずにいきなり注文を聞かれました。まだ許容範囲。
肉そば大盛を注文し小上がりの席に座って店内を見回すと、確かに清潔感は感じられませんが、私にとってはまだ許容範囲。。
しばらく待って運ばれてきましたが、なんと小上がりに上がらず通路から「はいどうぞ」と席に運んでくれません。膝を痛めてて立ち上がりたくなかったんですが、ここの店ではこれが常識なんでしょうか。郷に入っては郷に従う私。。。
さて、蕎麦。つゆを飲めば不味くもなく、どちらかと言えば可。わりとあっさり。蕎麦は細切りでなかなかの風味。バラ肉は大きめで脂身多し。庶民的な味で量もそれなり。私はコジャレた蕎麦屋よりは好みです。
会計済ませたら、ちゃんとありがとうございましたのお言葉がありました。
他の人の注文を見たらカツ丼が美味しそうだったので、また行ってみようかな。
