あっさり中華そばが食べたく思い、行ってみることに
【行き方とか】
・自家用車で行くこと前提の場所にありますが、いかんせん駐車場が少ない。
・と、いうことで仙台駅やその周辺市街地からバス…とするとだいたい30分くらい。最寄りバス停から歩いて数分なのは救い。
【お店の特徴】
・長屋風に店舗が連なる内の一角、看板も大きく出ているし、どっちみち店外にお客さん待ってるから迷うことはないかと。
・店内だいたい20席くらい。お客さんでいっぱいだろうから狭く感じるかも。
・コロナ対策はちゃんとできてます。パーテーションあり。
・食券前払い制。現金のみですね。
【特製濃厚塩鶏そば】
・¥950
・スープ…泥系のような感じではないけど、かやり濃厚。洋食で言うところの冷製ポタージュスープの舌触り。と言っても麺に絡みにくいわけじゃない。絶妙なとろり感。
・麺…ストレート細打ち。スルスルと食べやすい。
・チャーシューとかいろいろトッピングあるけど、あとはそんなに珍しくはない。

・ Soup: It's not like mud, but it's rich. The texture of cold pottage soup in Western food. That doesn't mean it's hard to get entangled with noodles. Exquisitely thick feeling.
・ Noodles: Straight finely beaten. Easy to eat.

お昼には何度か訪問したことがあり、昼間は社会人家族が多い印象でした。
夜は学生さんが多数締めていました。
夜限定メニューのローストビーフまぜそばを食べました。８８０円で、同料金で麺２００or３００ｇ選ぶことができます。
連れにオススメされ、いやぁ、、あんまり美味しくないでしょうと思いながら一口食べると、ソースと麺とローストビーフ信じられないくらいマッチしていました。
とてもおすすめです！
駐車場が少し離れたところにもあるのも良いです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油より塩のほうが好きです。一つ一つが美味しくバランスもとれていて満足できます。平日でも１０人くらいは並んでいたので時間に余裕があるときじゃないと厳しい。観光マイクロバスからゾロゾロと人が降りてきて私の後ろに並びました。超有名店なんですね。

いつも混んでいて入るに入れず２年ぶりくらいかな？前回は特製濃厚鶏塩を食べたと思ったので今回は中華そばにしました。
鶏でとったスープだと思います
飲みやすく久しぶりに全部飲みきりました
麺はストレート麺
ツルツルしていてすすりやすそうではありましたが
大盛りを頼んだからか、麺がぎゅうぎゅうになってる感じですすりづらかったです。
たぶん器の問題かな。
卵は半熟でシンプルで味付きでは無かったです
チャーシューは２種類入っていて
鶏の低温調理のと
豚のチャーシューだと思います
どちらも炙ってあるのと味付けがしっかりしていて単体で食べても美味しかったです
スープがあっさりしているので丁度良いと思います。
ツミレも歯ごたえがありいい食感でした
飾りのネギも苦味がほぼなく
ネギが嫌いな人でも食べれるかなと思い
気を使ってるのがわかりました。
星は３ですが３．５です。
ラーメンは4だと思います
カウンターが６席、テーブル４席？（こあがりあったかも）のキャパで定員が５名？
駐車場が1つ空いている（自動販売機の前、軽なら大丈夫）のに車は入れないと思い路駐している、案内を少しすれば車も入れて
路駐の迷惑にならないのにちょっとおろそか
テーブルと席の片付けも遅め
オープンキッチンで見られているのだから
鍋（スープを温めてる？）とかもう少しきれいに使わないとって思う。
鍋の縁はめっちゃ焦げてる跡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ時は行列が恐ろしくてなかなか行けなかったのですが、夜8時の平日に行ったら3〜4組ほどしかいなく快適にお食事できました。
初めてなのでおすすめの濃厚塩鶏そばを頼みました。
やっぱ人気なだけあってとても美味しいです！個人的に塩ととんこつっぽい味かなっておもいました。麺はストレートの細麺です。
美味しくてスープを全て飲み干してしまいました。
またお邪魔したいです(^^)

麺は200か300gで選べます。
ニンニクまたはわさびをトッピングできます。
麺は中太ストレートで、トロトロな汁なしまぜそばって感じです。
肉、黄身と絡めて食べるのがおすすめです。
卓上のブラックペッパーは早めにかけてokで、
後半に味変で酢を入れるのがいいんでねぇすかね。

スープがすごく濃厚でトロトロでおいしすぎる！
麺は細麺のストレートで好みの硬めでコシがあってスープとからんで食べやすいです。
濃厚なスープなので玉ねぎとカイワレのトッピングがすごく合うし鶏チャーシューも柔らかくて、こんなにおいしい塩ラーメンを食べたのは初めてです。
親子丼も半熟卵とタレがからんでおいしい！
大大大満足です。今度はつけ麺やしょうゆ味など食べてみたいです。
駐車場はお店の前に何台か停めれます。

過去十数回、そして約1年半ぶりの訪麺
相変わらず安定の旨さ。
「特製濃厚鶏塩そば」は濃厚クリーミーでポタージュっぽいスープにパツパツストレート細麺が合う!!
「特製鶏そば」は個人的にはアッサリとは思いませんが、クドくなくてこれもまた旨い！
「親子鶏めし」は丁度良い味付けで?のサイドメニューにも丁度良いボリュームで旨し。
過去にはTVや雑誌、ネットでも取り上げられた名店。
私の中でも宮城県内5本指に入る?お店です。
