Just as she entered the facility, the receptionist started yelling "dame" and crossing her hands. Not knowing what was wrong she tried to explain why she came to the clinic instead the receptionist kept yelling and pointed at the door. My friend was embarrassed in front of other patients in the clinic and turned to leave with her baby. As she was going out of the door a Japanese lady entered and the receptionist helped the Japanese lady. My friend just went home with her sick baby in disbelief and embarrassed. That's a very terrible for a foreigner in a medical care facility. Absolutely unacceptable!
