楽しくキックボクシングを身につけ、ダイエットにも成功しました！メニューのレパートリーが豊富で毎回飽きずに続けられます！平日の夜が多いのですが、西田インストラクターのメニューにはいつも楽しく参加させていただいています！

月額も他の格闘技ジムに比べて安く、朝から空いているのも魅力だと思います。トレーナーさんも個々で異なるバリエーションのトレーニングがあり楽しいですね。写真はトレーニング器具は写ってませんが、様々なトレーニング器具もあり、フリーの時間で好きな練習をしてもいいかもしれません。道具・更衣室・シャワー室・ジム内はとても清潔です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくで優しいインストラクターさんがいつも丁寧に教えてくれます。ボクシンググローブは無料で借りれますし、有料ですがウェアも安く借りることができ、手ブラで通えます。他のボクシングジムよりも月謝は安いですし、時間制限もありません。駅から近いという立地条件もよく毎週必ず通うようになりました。
