タレ味が付いて出てくるのですが、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夕方に予約で男5人で行って、和牛切り落とし1kgに、大皿タン2皿、ホルモンミックス、など気持ちよくアホみたいに食べました。注文してから炊いてくれる土鍋のご飯も8合完食！ 美味しかったし満足！ 土日の夕方は混み合うので、予約してから行くのがオススメ！
On Sunday evening, we made a reservation with 5 men and ate a 1kg Japanese beef slicer, 2 platter tongues, hormonal mix and so on. 8 pots of rice in the pot will be cooked after ordering! It was delicious and satisfying! It's crowded on Saturday and Sunday evenings, so it's recommended to go after making a reservation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段相応って所かな。キムチの盛り合わせとご飯はそれなりに美味しかった。肉はまぁ…大手チェーンに比べれば美味しいけど…
あと店員がダメ。そこに尽きるかな
再訪はほぼないと思われます。
ただ値段がそこそこなので若者が居ない焼肉屋という面ではいいかも
あくまでも私の今回行った時の感じなので他の方はわかりませんが…
ただ近くの大手チェーンのほぼ2倍の金額なのでこれからは大手チェーンに2回行くと思います（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最寄り駅にあり気になっていた焼肉屋『肉のとみい』近くには系列店あるお店です。
雰囲気よく前から知ってたので期待は高かったです。
注文したのは
厚切り上タン塩
ハツ
ホルモン
もやしナムル
炭火焼肉はやはり焼くのが難しいということがまずわかりました。
その上で、お肉に関してはオリジナルのレモンダレは特製なので牛タンの旨味を引き立てます。
肉質に関しては、冷凍から解凍したてなところもありやや硬さが残ってました。
ここが1つ残念なところではありました。
ホルモンに関しては新鮮そのもので滴る脂をしっかり仕上げれば旨味抜群。
お酒との相性抜群でした。
お肉に期待をしていた分、冷凍は残念でしたが炭火焼きのホルモンは最高でしたので
タイトルの通りになってます。

First of all, I found that charcoal-grilled meat is difficult to grill.
On top of that, as for meat, the original lemon sauce is specially made, so it enhances the taste of beef tongue.
Regarding the meat quality, there was a place where it had just been thawed from freezing, and some hardness remained.
This was one unfortunate place.
As for hormones, if you finish the dripping fat with the freshness itself, the taste will be outstanding.
It went great with sake.
I was disappointed with the freezing because I was expecting meat, but the charcoal-grilled hormone was the best.
It's as the title says.

鳥取の八頭のお米を使っていて、土鍋ご飯だったから美味しすぎて食べすぎちゃってお腹パンパン。笑
旦那さんが鳥取出身なので地域に貢献できて嬉しいです！
お肉も全部美味しくて大満足でした✨
キムチと、タン塩のネギダレめちゃハマりました❤️

I used eight Tottori rice, and it was clay pot rice, so it was too delicious and I ate too much. Lol
My husband is from Tottori, so I'm happy to be able to contribute to the community!
All the meat was delicious and I was very satisfied ✨
I was really into kimchi and tongue salt ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small cozy yakiniku/Korean BBQ shop, located within a short walk of Tsunashima station, serves up some good quality dishes cooked over flaming coals, and not electric or gas grills. They are also known for their rice which is supposedly cooked twice (hopefully they don't mean "reheated" ;) )
That said, good quality meat and presentation, but also a little pricey.

They serve some good quality Wagyu meat among other stuff, but the price is a couple notches higher than I'd like it to be, but I guess you have to pay for quality.
Menu/selection
A somewhat small menu let's them focus on serving quality over quantity. Plenty to pick from so you'll never feel like you're at a loss of choices.
Quality
Did I mention good quality meat is served here? Of course I did. I'll just shut up about that.
Service/staff
Been here a couple times and the staff is always friendly and prompt to serve. Also seems that on occasion they have English speaking staff which can be a plus to many of us.
Ambiance
Cozy, shack-like atmosphere makes for a pleasant dining experience.
Final thoughts...
Yakiniku places are a dime a dozen here in Japan but occasionally you stumble onto a small gem. This is one of them.
