★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浴室リフォームを頼みました。工事や価格に問題はないのですが、営業担当との連絡が取れず最悪です。減税の書類に不備があったので修正を頼んだら、２週間たっても何の連絡もありませんでした。書類はまだ貰えません。今後のアフターサービスが不安です。
I asked for a bathroom renovation. There is no problem with construction or price, but it is the worst because I can't get in touch with the sales staff. There was a problem with the tax reduction documents, so when I asked for a correction, I didn't get any contact after two weeks. I don't get the document yet. I am worried about the future after-sales service.

まず、営業とは連絡が取れません。催促の電話をしても折返しがありません。値段は平均価格より1-2万円ほど低いだけなので、ワリに合いません。
うちを担当してくれた営業はメモを取りたがらず、頭で覚えるタイプみたいですが、何一つこちらが言ったことを覚えない人でした。商談・相談・契約するときは録音したほうがいいと思います。
総じて、うちとは二度とご縁はありません。
Even 1 star is a wasteful response.
First of all, I can't contact the sales staff. There is no call back even if I make a reminder call. The price is only about 12,000 yen lower than the average price, so it doesn't fit the bill.
The sales person who was in charge of us didn't want to take notes and seemed to be the type to remember, but he was a person who didn't remember what I said. I think it's better to record when you have a business talk, consultation, or contract.
As a whole, I have no connection with us again.
