 Sales, designers, on-site supervisors, telephone support and clerical staff were all professional and dependable. I think it's a company that you can have a long relationship with. Building a house is a heart-warming task. I was very grateful that I was able to proceed without distrust. After-sales follow-up was also neat.

友人からも好評で毎日家に帰るのが楽しみです。
小さい施工ミスがあったのでそこがちょっと気になりますが、そんなものなのかと思っています。アフターメンテナンスもあるみたいなのでその時に相談してみようと思います。

アフターフォローの対応がひどすぎます。
建て終わってから色んな不具合が起きましたが、会社としての対応、もちろんそこに勤める従業員のの対応、ひどすぎます。
どうにかしてやりたいほど家族全員怒っています。まだ建ててから一年建っていませんが不具合が多々で対応も悪く、今後数十年後が不安で仕方ありません。高いお金払って信用して建てた結果がこれです。責任とってほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてショールームへ伺った時、寒〜い雨の中を表で出迎えてくれて、駐車場へも誘導してくれて、降りる時も私が雨に濡れないように、傘を私にさしてくれながらドアまで開け閉めしてくれました。
聞けば、約束した時刻の15分前から、ずっと寒〜い雨の中を、表で私が来るのを(しかも渋滞で10分以上も約束より遅れてしまったのに…)30分位も立って待っていてくださったとの事…
申し訳ないという感情より先に大変感激しましたし、妻も感動していました。ありがとうございました。
営業担当の方に限らず、入口での検温消毒から席へ笑顔でスマートに「お足元にもお気をつけくださいませ」と気遣いながら案内してくれた受付の方から、設計士の方、施工現場監督の方、アフターサービス担当の方まで全ての社員の方が細かい気遣いや気配りで対応してくださり、夢だった新居も呼ぶ人呼ぶ人皆んなに褒められて大満足です！
