★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅の建設から30数年が経過し、水回りに劣化を感じ、妻とも相談していました。偶々、妻から推薦があり、初めての出会い（外壁・屋根の塗装経験のみ有り）でI君との打合せが始まりましたが、彼の誠実で現場感覚が感じられる提案力に、トイレ・洗面台・浴室のリフォームをお任せし、優秀な職人さんにも恵まれ、満足いくリフォームと成りました。
偶然の出会いとは言え、スペースアップさんに出会え幸運でした。
妻がリフォームサイトから見つけた？スペースアップさんとの出会いは不思議です。

２階トイレの前に他社で面倒から相見積もりを出さずに頼んだ工事の後処理的な施工もしていただき、結果に満足すると同時に最初からご相談すればよかったと後悔している次第です。
営業のＩさんはこちらの要望をきめ細かく聞いて仕上がりまでよくフォローもしてくださます。よく聞いてくださるので細かく言ってしまうのですが、無理は無理として可能な方法できっちり応えてくださるので大満足です。職人さん達は腕が良くプロフェッショナルですし、特に去年のトイレやさんがものすごく語ってくださったことは深く胸に刻まれています(トイレの使い方)。
以前よく折り込み広告が入っていてお店の存在は知っていました。最初にご連絡をしたきっかけはチラシではない何かでしたが、ご縁を嬉しく思います。また何かあったら真っ先にご相談させていただきます。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初スケルトンリノベーションを依頼しました。限られた予算の中で、営業さんもプランニングの方も我々の要望をまとめて対応してくれました。
監督のソさんが特に愛想よく、細かいところまで細かく対応して頂きました。
その後も、他社がリフォームした、別の持ち物件の漏水もすぐに原因を突き止め、修繕を対応してもらいました。
最近はネズミの侵入もありましたが、すぐに来てくれ、その日のうちに原因を見つけ是正してくれました。
非常に頼りになる担当さん、プランナーさん、監督さんがいるリノベーション会社だとおもいます。

大変かなと思っていましたが断捨離のきっかけにもなり、仕上がりもとても満足で、リフォーム期間中も見に来ていましたがとても楽しかったです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ！！高齢者の方は注意してください！！ここの方達は平気な顔で詐欺を働いてきます。雨漏りと外壁塗装の見積もりに来ていただいたところ、見積もり金額を徐々に吊り上げ、最終的には800万円かかると言われました。
外壁については塗装のみで結構だとお話ししても、ベースを剥がしてから…うんぬんかんぬんと聞きません。外壁のベースは質の良いものを付けていますので剥がす必要なんてありません。
屋上の雨漏りについては、自宅の屋上の写真を見せてきて不安を煽ってきましたが、後で屋上を確認したところ、全く別の家の写真だったのです。担当者が言っていた欠損などどこにも無かったのです。屋上には足場の不安定な階段を登らなくてはいけないので、高齢者は登れないだろうとたかを括っていたのだと思います。
これから施工を依頼する方は、ご自身の目で確認して十分に納得してから着工させるようにした方が良いです。騙される前に！！この口コミが消されませんように。

Regarding the leak on the roof, I was worried by showing a picture of the roof of my house, but when I checked the roof later, it was a picture of a completely different house. There was no defect that the person in charge said. Since I had to climb the stairs with unstable scaffolding on the roof, I think I was arguing that the elderly would not be able to climb.
Those who request construction from now on should check with their own eyes and be fully convinced before starting construction. Before being deceived! !! May this review not be erased.
