★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は血管がわかりづらいのでほかの病院に行くと二回ほど失敗されますがここの病院では注射を失敗された経験がありません。
看護師さんとお医者さんがいつもニコニコ対応してくださり、安心して治療を受けることが出来ます。
いつも親身になって診てくださるのでとても感謝しています。

The nurses and doctors are always happy to help you, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前インフルが流行る季節、午後の診療始まる前に『いかにも寝間着で来ました』みたいな服装でいたら、他の患者さんがたくさんいたのに院長が「熱あるの？」って聞いてくれて、すぐ隔離して一番に診てくださいました。優しいし、的確な診断をしてくださいました。水曜日やっている内科があまりないので助かりました。ありがとうございました。
A few years ago, when the flu was in fashion, before the start of the medical examination in the afternoon, if you were dressed like "I really came in in a sleepwear", the director asked "Is there a fever?" although there were many other patients. I immediately quarantined and examined first. He was kind and gave us an accurate diagnosis. I didn't have much internal medicine on Wednesday, so I was saved. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急東横線綱島駅北口から綱島街道を渡った先の福島ビル3階。駅から２分と近い。写真は佐々木内科とあるけど、ここのこと。通称なのかな?
地元のシニアの方が多いせいか、待合室は落ちついた雰囲気。スタッフの受け答えは丁寧で、親身な様子がうかがえる。以前、胃カメラの検査が必要となり、友人に紹介されて受診したことがある。カメラを口から飲み込むのが大変と思いこんでいたが、評判通りに少しも苦しくなかった。今では鼻からも可能なほど細くなっている。近くに専用駐車場を2台分確保。体調のすぐれない親御さんを連れてくる等の際に助かる。

The waiting room has a calm atmosphere, probably because there are many local seniors. The staff's answers are polite, and you can see how friendly they are. Previously, I needed to have a gastrocamera examination, and I was introduced to a doctor by a friend. I thought it would be difficult to swallow the camera by mouth, but it wasn't as painful as the reputation. Now it's as thin as possible from the nose. Secured a private parking lot for 2 cars nearby. It is helpful when you bring a parent who is not in good physical condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの病院は綱島駅付近で一番良いと思います。
受付のおばさんで1人キツイ人いますが、それも気にならないくらい先生、看護婦さんが良い方でした。
ただ、お年寄りが多すぎて、待ち時間が長すぎるのが玉に瑕です。。。
40度近く熱が出てしまった時、診察までベッドで寝かせてもらえて、診察もそのままベッドで行ってもらえて大変助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師さんも先生もめちゃくちゃいい人です。
先生には夜に直接電話して症状の相談をしても、親身に話を聞いていただき、その後についても教えていただきました。
結果、救急搬送されることになりましたが、搬送先の病院にびっしりのカルテをFAXで早朝にもかかわらず送っていただきました。また、私の親にも私の容態の説明を的確に明確にして頂きました。
人情味のある方たちですのでとても頼りがいがあります。

Even if I called the teacher directly at night to discuss the symptoms, I asked him to listen to me and tell me about the situation after that.
As a result, I was supposed to be transported by emergency, but I had a full medical record sent by fax to the hospital where I was transported, even though it was early in the morning. I also asked my parents to clarify my condition accurately.
They are very humane, so they are very reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で体調が悪く問い合わせたら、電話口で保留せずに他の看護師？受付？とこの人あり得ないみたいなことを言っているのが聞こえとても嫌な気持ちになりました。こっちは、体調が悪く連絡しているのに。絶対にこの病院にはいきません。体調が悪い患者に対して酷すぎます。
If you feel sick over the phone and make an inquiry, do you have another nurse without holding it over the phone? reception? I was very disgusted to hear him saying something that was impossible. I'm not feeling well and I'm contacting you. I will never go to this hospital. It's too terrible for sick patients.

電話は繋がりにくかったのですが、電話対応していただいた方がとても優しい方で、当日予約もとっていただけました。受診した際は外のパイプ椅子での対応でした。寒かったのですが、換気という面では安心できたので良いとおもいます。発熱だったので煙たがられると思ってたのですが、院長先生も看護師さんも優しい方々だったのでこれからもここに通おうと思います。
