★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーダーメイドで自分のこだわりを表現出来る素敵な場所です。 イメージが漠然としていてもデザイナーさんや担当の方と話しながら少しづつ形に出来るので安心です。
ただ、デザインを描きながら、修正しながらになると思うので時間には余裕を持って行くことをオススメします！
It is a wonderful place where you can express your feelings by making to order. Even if the image is vague, it is safe because you can gradually shape it while talking with the designer and the person in charge.
However, I think that I will be making corrections while drawing the design, so I recommend that you leave plenty of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーダーの婚約指輪の際、とてもお世話になりました。店内の雰囲気も店員さん方もとても良かったです。既製品で考えてたんですが、私の提案に対して店員さんのインスピレーションで素早く即興デザイン画で応えてくれる事がとても感動してしまいオーダーに踏み切りました。
その際の店員さんに本当に感謝です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度下見に行き、二度目の来店時に婚約指輪と結婚指輪を購入しに行きましたがまともに接客もしてもらえず、他店さんは席に案内して下さったりしたのにケイウノさんは数十分立ったままでの案内。
荷物も置かせて貰えないままで落ち着いて選べず…。
電話予約時から感じましたが言葉遣いもブライダルを扱うスタッフ様とは思えないです…
モヤモヤしたまま購入するのは嫌だったので退店しその足で某ブライダルリング有名店に行きました。
予約無しにも関わらずすぐに席を案内して下さり、ドリンクのサービスもしてくれました。
接客も素晴らしくそちらで購入致しました。
下見で購入する指輪も決めており総額で50万超えのリングを購入しよう！と思って来店したのに立ったまま選ばされたり、雑な接客をされたら購入したいと思わないです。
リングは素敵でオーダーメイドも出来るのがとても気に入っていたのに本当に残念な気持ちでいっぱいです…。

I didn't want to buy it while it was moody, so I left the store and went to a famous bridal ring store with my feet.
Even though I didn't make a reservation, he immediately showed me the seats and provided me with a drink.
The customer service was also wonderful and I bought it there.
We have also decided on the rings to buy for preview, so let's buy more than 500,000 rings in total! I don't want to buy it if I come to the store thinking that I'm selected while standing, or if I have a rough customer service.
I really liked the ring and the fact that it could be made to order, but I'm really disappointed ...

担当してくださった鈴木さんがとても丁寧に対応してくださり、アクセサリーに詳しくない私でも安心してお任せできました。
また、アクセサリーを持ち運ぶ時に気をつけるべきことを教えてくださったり、修理後に持ち帰る際の巾着をくださったりと、大変嬉しかったです。
