★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 参道には樹齢300年以上の杉が立ち並び、境内には長篠の戦いで活躍した鳥居強右衛門と、その妻の墓が並んでいます。また、石垣手前の屈曲など、甘泉寺は見所がたくさんあります。

樹齢は600年以上と云われ、1990年には｢新・日本名木百選｣に選ばれています。
実際に見ると上の方は枯れているようにも見受けられるが、立派というよりも神々しく感じます。
Koyamaki of Kansenji is famous and is a nationally designated natural monument.
The tree is said to be over 600 years old, and in 1990 it was selected as one of the "100 New Japanese Famous Trees".
When you actually see it, the upper part seems to be dead, but it feels more divine than fine.
