I'm not saying this is better than Kobe beef, but I like the overall flavor of the 2 dishes I tried just about as much. Maybe it's because I've never had anything like it in the US. The first thing I got was the roast beef bowl and that roast beef was so succulent and tender with a tangy garlicy soy tasting sauce on it. Add the raw egg mixing into the rice to give it that smooth velvety texture and it was pure bliss for me. Then I had the Wagyu beef bowl and that was also mind blowing. I saw some people rate this a 3 or lower and I can only assume that there are places out there even better. If that is true then I feel it is my duty to hunt them down! Please let me know what other people would suggest if I liked the food here.
