★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden spot which was not crowded on a Saturday of a long weekend. The road to the parking spot is narrow in places but worth the effort. We visited on a rainy day which is probably why the sound of the water falling down was louder than usual.
The trek is beginner level but be careful on rainy days as the place can be quite slippery.
The food at the only eating place near the falls was pretty good but we waited for 35 minutes before getting our meal.
You can spend a day here but I recommend combining this place with another location/activity in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gorges were really beautiful and the water is famous for being really tasty and it's free! So have yourself a cup! The tap is at the entrance. Also there was a very nice man selling kakigori and ice lollies at the front and they were cheap and delicious. So if he's there when you go, you should definitely have some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to trek. The air is very cool and fresh. You can bring your food and drinks and use the cottages. Be sure to bring some insect repellent too.

Unfortunately one of the waterfall was not possible to enter since a fallen tree damaged the entrance way.
