20年12月でこれまでやっていた従業員が引退したため、1月から従業員をかえて新装開店。
メニューは前のものを一部残していますが、値段は高めになり、小鉢もなくなりました。
牛すじカレーは以前まで税別780円でしたが、980円に改訂。メインのお料理は塩辛さが目立ち、箸休めがありません。
個人的には前の味が好きだったので、おそらくもう来ないと思います。前の料理人が病気のために引退せざるを得なかったようで、突然の改変でした。女将さんも気さくな方だっただけに、とても残念です。

Since the employee who had been working until now retired in December 2008, the new store was opened in January by changing the employee.
The menu is a part of the previous one, but the price is higher and there are no small bowls.
The beef tendon curry used to be 780 yen excluding tax, but it has been revised to 980 yen. The main dish is salty and there is no chopstick rest.
I personally liked the previous taste, so I don't think it will come anymore. It was a sudden change, as the former chef seemed to have had to retire due to illness. It's a shame because the landlady was also a friendly person.

コロナ禍でもランチ営業中。麦トロの定食がおすすめ。

Roux is beef tendon curry.
Delicious.
Calm atmosphere.
Bright mom.
Lunch is open even in Corona. A set meal of mugitoro is recommended.

馬肉は柔らかくて旨味も強くて美味。
山賊焼はなぜかハーフサイズが出てきたような気がするけど、味は間違いない！
We had delicious specialties with good freshness, mainly Shinshu cuisine.
Horse meat is tender and has a strong umami taste.
Sanzoku-yaki seems to have come out in half size for some reason, but the taste is definitely!

ラストオーダー間際でしたが…気持ち良くご対応戴きました☺️ 昼の定食はどれも美味しそうですし、評価も高いようです?
晩酌に山賊焼きハーフを堪能しました❗

It was just before the last order ... It was a pleasant response ☺️ All the lunch set meals seem to be delicious and highly evaluated ?
Enjoyed the Sanzoku-yaki half in the evening drink ❗

つまりは魚料理の出がまあ遅い。時間に余裕がある方が行った方がいい。魚料理は薄味で体に優しいけどご飯には合わない。元々居酒屋ですから単品で食べたい料理です。お酒はいいものを揃えていることでしょう。
食べるなら揚げ物や刺身の方がいいかもしれません。山賊焼は美味しそうでした。
筍の味噌汁ととろろ、これは美味しかった。えぐみもなく新鮮な味でした。
小鉢の漬物、これは間違いなく高血圧になる塩分濃度
I had a relaxing time for lunch.
In other words, the fish dishes are served very slowly. Those who have time should go. Fish dishes are light and gentle on the body, but they don't go well with rice. Originally it is an izakaya, so I want to eat it separately. You will have a good selection of sake.
If you want to eat it, you may prefer fried food or sashimi. Sanzoku-yaki looked delicious.
Bamboo shoot miso soup and tororo, this was delicious. It tasted fresh without any harshness.
Pickles in a small bowl, this is definitely a salt concentration that causes high blood pressure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a set menu for 900 yen of the grilled saba (oily mackerel-like local fish) which came with an appetiser, a salad, miso and rice. Amazing value and the owner speaks a little english. The menu is in English too.
