J	J L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は年配の方が担当して下さりとても親切だったのでリピートしました。しかし、別の男性の従業員は無愛想。防犯登録をできるか聞いたら「書類がないなら無理だよ」とこちらの話も聞かずに奥に行ってしまった。非常に不快である。 I used to repeat because the elderly people were in charge of me before. But another male employee is unfriendly. When I asked if I could do the crime prevention registration, I went to the back without listening to this story, saying "It would be impossible if there were no documents." Very uncomfortable.
ね	ねこさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤが丈夫な自転車とやらを昔他店で買ったのですがここ数日タイヤの空気が1日で抜けて困ったので用事ついでに寄ってみたら、直ぐにバルブが割れてると言う原因判明し、タイヤに穴空いてないかも心配だったのでついでにタイヤの穴も見てもらいました。(遠いので全部済ませたかったのでw)30分で終わるとの事で用事を済ませ30分ピッタリ頃に戻ったらちゃんと出来てました！サービスでもう片方のバルブも替えて下さりました(＊´ｖ｀)千円でした！(バルブだけなら1つ200円との事) タイヤ替えなくて良かったのと時間が勿体ないので早く安く終わって助かりました！感謝！ I bought a bicycle with a tire that was durable at another store in the past, but in recent days I was troubled because the air of the tire escaped in a day, so when I came to work, I immediately found the cause that the valve was broken, I was worried that there was no hole in the tire. (Because I wanted to finish it all because it was far away, w) I finished my errands in 30 minutes and I was able to do it properly when I returned right around 30 minutes! The other valve was replaced by the service (* 'v`) It was 1,000 yen! (If it's a valve only, it costs 200 yen) I didn't have to change the tires and I didn't have much time, so it was quick and cheap! Thanks!

Very unfriendly and unfortunate shop. Should I avoid buying it here?

The clerk's response was also good, and I had them fix it firmly, including tire shake, with reliable technology. It seemed to be vacant, so it took about 30-40 minutes on the rear wheels. I will use it if there is anything else.
