★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辻堂西口線路沿いにあります。カウンター席のみでこじんまりしています。喫煙不可。焼き鳥はどれも最高の焼き加減で絶品です。知人が焼き鳥の概念を変えられた❗と絶賛していてすぐに訪れました。確かに美味❗辻堂ではここが一番かもしれない❗
 It is located along the Tsujido west exit railroad track. Only the counter seats are small. No smoking. All yakitori are excellent with the best yakitori. An acquaintance praised the change in the concept of yakitori ❗ and visited immediately. Certainly delicious ❗ This may be the best in Tsujido ❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の中では藤沢で一番美味しい焼き鳥屋さんです。ご主人は寡黙な感じなので「お店の人と話しながらすごしたい」というお客さんには向きませんが、お一人様でも家族連れでも入りやすいお店です。焼き鳥はもちろんですが、椎茸がオススメです。
It is the most delicious yakitori restaurant in Fujisawa. The owner is quiet, so it is not suitable for customers who want to spend time talking with the shop staff, but it is easy for one person or a family to enter. Not to mention yakitori, shiitake mushrooms are recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辻堂駅から直ぐの焼鳥 みちのり。藤沢で１度、食事&飲みからの２軒目で訪れましたが、そんなことも忘れ、ただもくもくと食べて飲んだ。其ほど旨い焼鳥をだすお店です。時間的に売り切れのネタも結構ありましたが、どれも絶品！味付けは大将にお任せ、寡黙に焼き上げる姿勢は拘りの塊の様。大体が塩の味付けでしたが、加減が絶妙！焼いている姿に見とれてしまいます(^^;サワーを頂きながら、お通しの漬け物をぽりぽり、大きめな漬け物の良い歯応え。写真を撮るつもりが余りにも美味しく見えて、つい先に手を出してしまい食べかけの写真になってしまった、、、(^^;値段もサービスも満足なお店。今回、食べられなかった焼鳥を次回は必ず食べに再訪問決定です！
Yakitori Michinori right from Tsujido Station. I visited once in Fujisawa for the second time from eating and drinking, but I forgot about that and just ate and drank. It is a shop that serves such delicious yakitori. There were quite a few stories sold out in time, but all are exquisite! The seasoning is left to the generals, and the attitude of baking quietly is like a clue. Mostly it was salty but it was exquisite! (^^; While picking up sour, pickling pickles through the dish, good pickling of large pickles. I'm going to take a picture, it looks too delicious, It was taken out and it became a picture of a half eaten, (^ ^; A shop with satisfactory price and service. I will definitely return to eat the yakitori that I could not eat next time!

駅から徒歩1分のひっそりと隠れた名店。

茅ヶ崎駅の鳥仁で20年以上修行をしたマスターが
1人で切り盛りしています。
寡黙に片足を少し上げてうちわを煽ぎ焼場に専念する姿は、まるで昔ながらの職人のよう。
強火でギュッと焼く為 かなりジューシーな焼鳥です。
換気がしっかりしている為、煙が店内にまわらずに外に出ていく為服に匂いもつかずに嬉しい限り。
今のところは喫煙のようだがまもなく禁煙となるようです。
毎日のように6時、7時から満席となっていることが良くあります。常連も多く夜9時を過ぎると人気の品は品切れとなることも多々あります。
1人で食べに来る方も多く、女性が1人でお酒を飲まずに焼き鳥だけを楽しむ為に来る方も多数いる。
価格は、リーズナブルなので神奈川県でも指折りのコスパ高で美味しい焼き鳥屋だと思う。
ここの焼き鳥を味わうと他の店の焼き鳥は物足りなくなってしまう。
このような店は、長く地元に根付いて欲しい。
