K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材と器を楽しめるイタリアン土日に一人ランチでうかがいました。ランチパスタA￥1650注文。フレンチのコースのようなきれいな前菜がでてきました。パスタは具が粗めで食材の味がわかりやすく私好みでした。デザートは濃厚でおいしかったです。グラスやカトラリーレストに至るまで、食器がいちいち面白くて見た目も楽しめるイタリアンでした。この建物にレストランあるのか？と思うくらいすごくわかりにくい場所にあるのですが（笑）常連さん率が高くこのご時世ですが、お客さんでにぎわっていました。 Italian where you can enjoy ingredients and vessels I asked for lunch alone on Saturdays and Sundays. H	Hiroe Harada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの3階の目立たない所にありますが、週末のランチは混んでいます。ランチセットは、前菜、パスタ、デザート、ドリンクで、メニューにより多少価格は異なりますが、銀座としてはお値打ちです。まだ2度の訪問ですが、オペレーションで気になる点があり、厳しめの評価です。カウンターで頂いたので、調理の様子が見えました。コロナ禍の厨房であごマスクで調理していたり、フライパンからパスタをトングで取って調理中のパスタの上で味の確認していたりする姿を目の当たりにしてしまいました。銀座の他のオープンキッチンのお店では見られない光景で、正直残念に思いました。お料理は合格点ですが、春を感じるお料理と思いオーダーした蛤と小松菜のオイルパスタのハマグリの風味が感じられず、旬の食材か疑問に思いました。私の味覚がおかしかったのでしょうか… デザートのティラミスとコーヒーは美味しかったです。接客は丁寧で、気持ち良く過ごせました。 It's unobtrusive on the 3rd floor of the building, but weekend lunches are crowded. The dish was a passing score, but I couldn't feel the flavor of the clams of the clams and komatsuna oil pasta I ordered because I thought it was a dish that felt spring, so I wondered if it was a seasonal ingredient. Did my taste go wrong ... The dessert tiramisu and coffee were delicious. The customer service was polite and I was able to spend a pleasant time.

The taste and smell of the ingredients are impaired. As a result, adherence to the ingredients and dishes will not make sense. I hope for improvement soon. If the Bit quit smoking it is a ☆☆☆☆☆star !

Several kinds of glasses of wine, which are a not really satisfying tastes, but the dishes are very nice. Here, also plates themselves are cute and they all are from Niigata prefecture. In total, recommended!
