★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confectionary branch of the cosmetics company. Nothing produced in the shop is available outside the country, so makes for very interesting gifts for those at home. Museum in the basement and bars / tea rooms on upper levels. Also very affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shop with the best products of that famous Shiseido. 3 storeys. All you can do is try cosmetics. However, to respect moderation. There is a mirror in front of the product, and the figure of herself who made up the product is displayed. It is convenient because it does not have to take makeup every time. Because the clerk is always watching nearby, it will take a consultation if you talk to it. I will not sell a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long time Shiseido customer. I love their products. It was fun to walk in this shop with all products beautifully display. Only complain is they don't seem too attentive to the customers. Many staffs were standing around but I had to wave them down to get any attention. Maybe because we are not speaking Japanese or Chinese? They seem to have many Chinese staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like shiseido products but I have two problems in this store. Two women at the cash register spoke very bad English, using only loose words and implied that I could not buy the product because I did not have my passport with me, even that I showed my Japan resident ID card. So, I asked to my husband to help me to explain that I didn't want discount for turists. In this moment the second problem happened, the same women when they realized that my husband knows Japanese started to gossip in Chinese. It was extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. I don't recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this store Saturday to buy some hair products and met with an extremely kind lady (named Goto!) who helped me buy what I wanted and went beyond that and offered me a full experience of being treated like an important customer. Her advice were precious and I left the store more than happy to have met her ! Her English also is super good. Next time I’m back in japan and need to buy more products I will definitely come back to this store in hopes to see her again !
