L	Lupe Guada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価が良かったためこちらを利用させてもらった。はじめネットで問い合わせをし、折り返しで電話がかかってきたが、そのとき対応してくださった方はとても親切丁寧で、好印象だった。しかし、鍵を受け取りに行った際、手続きを進めてくださった方がお忙しかったため別の方が対応してくださったが、書類の中に「郵便受けの暗証番号」「ゴミ捨ての曜日と場所」「ガス電気の会社名」の説明書が無く、対応された方も「暗証番号はどこに書いてあるんでしょうね～」と無責任な説明だった。鍵を受け取った後に自分で住宅内外を調べたが、結局わからず管理会社に問い合わせると、「代理店から書類は渡されなかったでしょうか」と聞かれた。管理会社からそもそも代理店に送られていなかったのか、こちらのミスなのかは不明である。また、説明された方の髪が銀色で、スーツにそれはちょっとないなと思った。最後にひとつ、これは全ての代理店でされているサービスなのかどうか知らないが、前回利用した代理店は、ネットで部屋を決めてしまった後に一度新居まで連れていってくれた。それがこちらのお店では無く、店舗で鍵を渡されただけだった。 I used this because the evaluation was good. Last but not least, I don't know if this is a service offered by all agencies, but the agency I used last time took me to my new house once after deciding on a room online.
