T	Theodore Fong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Dim Sum I've had in Tokyo. After living and eating Hong Kong for 6 years, I struggled to find no-nonsense authentic Dim Sum. This is it. The same owner/waitress serves up no frills dim sum in an unassuming restaurant in down town roppongi. They serve a variety of other mainland dishes as well, but the dim sum is what keeps me and my Hong Kong wife coming. Way above average flavor with slightly above average price. But WELL worth it.

The char siu buns were really good. There was an identifiable smoking taste but it didn't really effect the flavor of the buns. The chicken stir fry was very good, so was the har gau. I enjoyed the spring rolls and soup dumplings. The fried mochi dumplings had a chicken mixture that was tasty. The beef and broccoli stir fry was ok and hot and sour soup was ordinary. It was pretty expensive but definitely worth it. I will return to sample the menu.
