R	R A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年から現在まで継続して利用しています。支払いはいつもクレジットカードでしています。(AMEX、マスターで支払い) 私はこれまで毎回女性の薬剤師の方(同じ方の時もあれば違う方の時も有)にお話を伺ってお薬を貰いました。その際に薬を受け取る時は必ず、薬の増減の有無に関わらず、これまでの薬の処方の経緯と、今回はどういう背景で、処方箋の薬が医師から処方されたのかを話すようにしています。そのようにしていたところ過去のお話をメモしてくださっていたのか、直近の訪問時に「前回はこういう理由で服用されてたんですよね。その後どうですか。」と聞いてくださいました。また薬の副作用や効能について質問すれば丁寧に答えていただけましたし、現在の病院での治療内容についてお話しすれば、こちらの背景を汲み取った上で薬について説明して下さいました。私は自分の服用している薬の名前、容量(mgなど)、錠剤数、服用している理由を全て把握するようにしているので、「●●は合わなかったので今回○○になりました。」などお伝えするようにしていますが、そうすると薬剤師との会話がスムーズだなと感じました。 ★これまで、たくさんお話を伺っても嫌な顔をされることなどただの一度もなく、むしろ疑問点や不明点には丁寧に回答していただきました。 ★わからないこと、知りたいことはガンガン聞きましょう。薬剤師として答えられる範囲で回答していただけると思います。(医師が答えられることと薬剤師が答えられることは異なると思うので、参考になります。) これからもお世話になります。 We continue to use it from 2021 to the present.
