★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited 7.6 (sat) around 12:40-1:15. asked for water and this brown haired, fiona princess looking waitress rolls her eyes. (i am guessing she did that cause we had hot tea already...but come on, we just wanted cold water) I was worried she would spit in my water so couldnt drink the water and sticked to my hot tea.
otherwise, food was mediocre (perhaps better than that, but fiona princess scared me so much) come on.. i didnt enter the restaurant to beg for food and water.
avoid and go some where else, u might meet the waitress i met and get your weekend ruined. She is pretty good at making faces and rolling her eyes to ruin other people's weekends. Avoid this place. There are so many other restaurants in the hills.

The food was decent overall, but pricey and service left something to be desired (menus were slapped on the table & the water I ordered wasn’t brought out until I reminded the staff. It was also never refilled. The dining room was also very loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually go for their lunch sets, and it is pretty good fow what it is, especially if you are craving xiao long baos, or XLBs as we call them. The other lunch set options are ok; tasty and filling, but nothing to write home about. This place fills up quick for lunch, so we usually get her 10-15 minutes before the 11am opening if we are on a time limit for our meal. I haven't had it for dinner, so the review is limited to just the lunch set.

Service is fair.
Food is good.
Price is slightly expensive. 2500 yen on average for lunch.
All the bun is not vegetarian or vegan.
I was looking for crab-spawn soup bun there. But the crab-spawn is not in season. They only provide that from November to January the next year. Instead, oyster soup bun is the special for Spring. I cannot say it is very tasty, because I’m not big fan of oyster. But still, compare to other food, Chinese food is always make my appetite better. Very homey place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here during lunch time, about 70% of seats are filled. The set menu can make sure you have a good taste of the main specialties. Taste of Xiao Long Bao is a bit less salty than in Shanghai, managed not to break the skin of 5 out if 6 before I put it on the spoon.
Waiters are pretty much occupied, but still maintain good service level. I like that they provide a pot of hot tea, very comforting.
