佐	佐藤佐藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前になるが入居してた事があります。ルームクリーニング代（家賃1ヶ月分）入居時→これ払えば退去時は清掃代かかりません退去時→部屋汚いですね費用追加で。ルームクリーニング代のこと話す→入居時と担当が違うので！（マジギレ）だとか論点をずらして違う事でキレだす。一番やばいと思ったのは清掃代や退去費用が書いていない支払い書にサインを強要されること。なんちゃってプロなような素人だからこんな地元密着と謳いながら上京したての若者に対して高圧的な店でしか働けないんだろうなって印象。若い頃の自分にはいい勉強代でした。事前にYouTubeなどで借りる際の注意点とかメモするとかした方がおすすめです。審査通らないとかブラックな人向けかと。全員高圧的なのと、こっちが下手に出た瞬間タメ口になります。 It's been a long time ago, but I've moved in.
