Even here it is very hard to find honest, transparent real estate agents and even harder when you don't speak Japanese. However when I met with them I quickly understood that they will take care of my search properly. They introduced my around 10 places all perfectly in line with my expectations (pretty high) and budget (quite low). They adjusted their schedules with mine and drove me for the initial visits. Between the first visit and the having the keys it took a week! Before I was struggling with an handful of agents for months with very mediocre results. I highly recommend this place even if you don't speak Japanese, they are AMAZING, very honest and supportive. The cherry on the cake is that they are not expensive at all! If you struggled to find an apartment in Tokyo, the nightmare is over! :)
