青	青かっぱ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパート設備の不具合に関して、問い合わせ、折返しの返事をいただけることになったが、留守番電話メッセージなし、特に連絡もなし。 3日ほど経過後改めて、問い合わせたところ電話がつながらなかったとのこと。 (特に着信履歴はなしです。) 留守番電話メッセージや折返し電話をしてまで、問題に対する対応をする気はないように感じます。また、電話中も修理業者も弊社もお休みに入るので、年明けにまた対応しますー笑。と軽く笑いながら対応された。なにも笑えるような状況ではないです。次回の更新前に、他社で別の物件を探したい。【2021/01追記】 24時サポートなるものに契約時、入会させられますが、水回りの不具合を伝えても放置され、配管周囲の痛みが進んでいます。何をサポートしているのか不明で、家を貸し出す側もこの不動産屋で安心できるのでしょうか。全く信用できないです。 We received inquiries and return replies regarding problems with the apartment facilities, but there was no answering machine message, and no particular contact.
