★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Most of them speak enough English to be understood correctly. Trek bikes also have a very good quality/price ratio. Repairs are quick and cheap if you ever need one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my travels around the world my mountain bike is always with me...and in each location I make sure to bring my bike in for regular servicing at the local TREK shop. Having returned to Japan recently from living abroad, I visited the TREK store in Aoyama and was especially impressed by the friendly and professional team there.
Compliments to the leadership team at TREK for building a culture of consistently delivering great service.
Needless to say I’ll be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and kind…Even though I don’t understand Japanese properly….they tried to explain me in English….I visited the shop to repair my MTB tyre,break pad and spoke… to my surprise they said the repair would be completed within two days…the following day I got email that the repairs were completed….whereas the other place that I tried before coming here,said it would take about two weeks….The service was fast…which I really like about it…BUT I was little disappointed later…I really didn’t check the bike while receiving… since I was in hurry….after returning home…I noticed the front wheel was making weird noise….after checking… I found that the front wheel was placed back in loosely…after twisting here and there….it was back to ?….anyways the service was good….probably would visit again…and recommend to others.
