★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビル5Fガラス張りの作りなので、日差しが入り明るい印象で、国立競技場やスカイツリーも望めるとても景色の良いサロンです。感染症対策もマスクの交換や来店時の手洗いなど、徹底されており安心して利用できます。スタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で、スタイリングなどについて質問しても詳しく教えて下さいました。また次回も利用したいと思っております。とても心地良いサロンです。

接客:距離感が適切で、なんでも聞きやすい雰囲気を出してくれている。色んな事を思わず聞いてしまいます笑
ヘアセットも相談にのってくれる素晴らしいお店です。

オープンな明るい空間で、落ち着いて髪を切って頂けるからなのか、子供連れの方も多いです。
コロナ対策もしっかりしているので、信頼できるサロンだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数回行きました。お店の雰囲気やアシスタントさんの対応はとても素敵だったのですが、スタイリストさんが合いませんでした。
カットは切ってもらったときはいいのですが、次の日から変な毛がぴょこぴょこ出てきて、左右で長さが異なるようになります。癖はほとんどないと今までの美容室では言われていましたが、ここに行って今までなかった癖がでてきました。正直、このエリアでこの値段で、この仕上がりとは思いませんでした。
加えて、カットだと単価が安いのか、行くたびにトリートメントをゴリ押しされ、興味ないと断るのですが、私自身いつも気まずかったです。
「あまり美容室に来れないので、長いスパンで扱いやすい髪型にして欲しい」と伝えると「え、そんな美容室来れないほど忙しいとかある？w」と言われたり、このご時世ですがいろいろなところに遊びに行った話をされたり、「コ〇ナはただの風邪。気にしたって仕方ない」などと持論を展開されたり、それ自体は否定しませんが接客をしているならいろいろな考えの人がいることを配慮してほしいなと思いました。※お店のコ〇ナ対策は手洗いやマスクの徹底等、しっかりされていました。
お店の雰囲気がすごく好きだったので数回通いましたが、どうしてもスタイリストさんと合わないのと仕上がりに納得がいかないのでもう行くことはないかと思います。
素敵なお店なので、改善してくれることを願います。
