★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is near the Marounouchi Underground North Entrance. They have a decent range of items despite small size. The staff were very helpful, even if you needed help getting your journal stamped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new staff here are so kind and lovely! They are very helpful. Actually, some of the old staff were very unfriendly and scary. I am glad I don’t see them anymore. I was afraid to go here sometimes from 2017-2018 because one lady snatched the items from my hands. It was kind of traumatic.
But this year (2019) everyone is so nice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altough it is a small store, it has a great collectios of Travelers Factory. Staff were very nice here! You can get a special stamp of Tokyo Station in this store ( ofcourse for FREE). The place is located at the basement of the station, outside the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is TN collectors fantasy world. The staff are exceedingly nice and the Tokyo station exclusive items are tres cool! You mustn’t forget to collect the special Tokyo station travelers notebook stamp before you leave!!
