お店を出る前に修行された場所を伺ったら『エノテカ』でシェフをされていたとのこと。納得しました。
エノテカは、銀座とお台場にあった高級イタリアン。
地域柄、妥協しなくてはいけないかもしれませんが、是非ともエノテカのお味を存続していただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パスタランチを頂きました。最初にオードブルの盛り合わせ、次にメインのパスタ、最後にデザートと飲み物が出ます。ボリュームも有り、又どれもとっても美味しく頂きました。店内も綺麗でおしゃれです。ランチは￥1800です。お肉をプラスすると￥3500になります。又行きたいイタリアンレストランです。
ですが、本日再来日で久々に美味しいランチを頂きましたが、隣の席の方々の余りの騒がしさにうんざりしました。マスクもされてなかったので店主にマスクをするように言われていました。それさえなければ、楽しい友達とのランチタイムでしたが…。
