★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クーポンを利用したところ安くなるはずが、価格変更手続きがされていなく、元の価格設定のままレジに入力されてしまった。
ここまでは許せる、しかしレジに店長まで出てきてスタッフ4〜5人で対応しはじめ、こちらは時間がないからクーポンを使用しない元の価格でいいと言っても「申し訳ありません、もうすぐですからお待ちください」を繰り返すばかり。
その間に他のレジ客から「数10円くらいで大騒ぎしてみっともない」と蔑まれた目で見られるし、散々だった。
顧客よりも自分たちの業務を優先に考えており「顧客後回し主義」に陥っている。
特に店長の対応が一番いけない。
知識もないのに知ったかぶりして泥沼に入り込む。
