鴨と葱のパスタを頂く。
ピンク色で柔らかい鴨と焼き葱は相性抜群！
パスタは生麺で、もっちり食感でおいしい。
引き立てのコショーが香り良く、ソースにも鴨の風味がする。
近所なので、何度もリピしています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店に連れていってくれた地元の方によると、石岡市で唯一の生パスタが喰えるそうです。
最近出来たばかりの小さなお店で、店内も綺麗だし、お料理も美味かったですよ。
お店の前に飾ってあったノボリをみると、ニューオークボと書かれていて、ニューオークボのパスタは守谷市にある別のお店でも使われているかなり秀逸な麺です。（乾麺も美味い）。
According to the locals who took me to this shop, I can eat the only fresh pasta in Ishioka City.
It's a small shop just opened recently, the inside is beautiful and the food is delicious.
Looking at the nobori that was displayed in front of the shop, it says New Oak Bo, and the New Oak Bo pasta is a pretty excellent noodle that is also used in another shop in Moriya City. (Dried noodles are also delicious).

タピオカの中にほろ苦チョコレートが入って、絶妙な味わい。

お酒もワイン、イタリアなビールと充実してますが私は〆にリモンチェロを飲んでます。味は甘いのですが飲みつけると病みつきに(笑
このお店は、駅の西側脇のバス停留場に在る、かんばん横丁(4軒のお店があります)の中の一軒なのですが、駅から下りても小さい案内表示しかなくて、分かりづらい。
いいお店が入っているのに何だか勿体ない気がします。
もっと、どんなお店が入ってるのか明示してあげたほうが良いのに。

季節のペペロンチーノをドルチェセット＋自家製ビターキャラメルラテを頂きました。
今の時期は桜えびたっぷりのペペロンチーノでした。
スープに桜えびの風味がしっかりついていて美味しすぎる???
バケットにつけて食べてもアヒージョのようで激うまでした。
サラダもデザートも美味しかったですが、インパクトが強かったのが自家製ビターキャラメルラテ☕
このキャラメルシロップが今までにどこにもなかった味！こういうのを求めていたのでめちゃくちゃ感動しました！?????
全体に混ぜてもコーヒー自体がトロッとします。甘さも激甘という程ではなく、キャラメルが好きな人、だけどあまり甘すぎるのは好きではない人にピッタリだと思います。
例えるなら、他店でキャラメルラテを頼むと甘さが少し足りないけどとりあえず飲めなくはないから全部飲めちゃう、みたいな方沢山いると思うんです。そんな人にピッタリ?

This time it was Peperoncino with plenty of sakura shrimp.
