C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備はしっかりしているのに、受付スタッフが残念。むすっとして態度が悪い。電話対応が聞こえたが応対が雑。ぱさついた茶髪を結びもしない。患者が口を開けて治療する場を出入りするのに、衛生面大丈夫ですかね。医療機関で働いていたんですが、そんな人初めて見ました。少なくとも受付は全員「お大事にどうぞ」くらい言えるようにお勉強し直してほしいですね。支払い終わったら無言ってこれもまた初めて。呆れました。受付は誰がついても一定のレベルで対応できるよう指導しないと病院の印象が悪くなりますよ。・追記ここの低評価コメントに院長が返信して噛み付いているのを見て驚きました。そんな暇があったらスタッフの指導や勉強会でもやれば良いのでは。これだけ色んな方から指摘されているのに「受付はよくやってると思います」とは…。だからいつまでも改善されないのですね。病院変えました。 Although the facilities are solid, the reception staff is disappointed.
