綺麗で清潔感のあるジムです。
女子の方も結構います。
インストラクターの方々がとても親切、丁寧に指導してくれ食事の管理まで教えてくれました！
入会して2カ月で無理なく4キロのダイエットにも成功しました！
いつもみんなで楽しくワイワイやってます！
やはりテレビでも見ていた寝技世界一の菊田早苗さんから直接指導してもらうのも嬉しいです！

The instructors were very kind and taught me carefully to manage meals!
I succeeded in a 4kg diet in 2 months after joining!
We are always having fun together!
