気になる箇所の点検をお願いしたことを全くやってもらえず、車を全く見ずに、パソコンにある過去のデータを見ながら部品交換の交渉をしてくる始末。
車検や１２ヶ月点検も、終了後に料金請求をしてくるのみで、車両の説明なし。
タイヤのエアー漏れも店員が見つけられず、タイヤを転がして自分が見つけてしまったことも。
信頼していたが、基本的に料金も土地柄なのか、ふっかけてきて高い。
技術力も接客力もなく、お客をナメてるとしか思えない。
車を少しでも知ってる人間からしてみたら、お粗末すぎる店舗。
意外と評価が高いことにびっくり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検や定期メンテナンスで頼んでいます。この手のディーラーの常として、勧誘の電話はちょいちょいありますが、同業に比べればマシかと。メンテナンスの内容も特に不満はないです。
I am asking for vehicle inspections and regular maintenance. As usual for dealers of this type, there are a few solicitation calls, but I think it's better than in the same industry. I am not particularly dissatisfied with the content of the maintenance.
