★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的には親切丁寧な対応してくれます。顧客毎に担当者が決まっています。点検時期には必ず電話があります。店内静かで広くて快適です。点検の度にエアコンのフィルター交換を勧めてくるのは少し疲れます。自分の判断でやりたいのになあ。
Basically, they are kind and polite. The person in charge is decided for each customer. There is always a phone call during the inspection period. The store is quiet, spacious and comfortable. It's a little tiring to recommend replacing the air conditioner filter every time you check it. I want to do it at my own discretion.

You can always respond politely and kindly. Work is quick and helpful. If you notice something, we will recommend repair and will show you the amount, so it is easy to ask. It really helps. It is safer to make a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店で新車買ってないけど他の見せで新車買いました。近くのここに１ヶ月に出したときにwタイヤのバルブの、位置が対角に、なってないから対角にしてと言ったら有料やと、言われた。気になってたがブレーキ鳴きするから、見てくれといったらそれも他店やから有料やと言われた。トヨタと言う会社は自社店販売の車しか見ないのか？
他のディーラーはもっとサービスええです。
サービス万も、普通はバルブ位置対角線上になければ気になって修整すると思うけど…
I didn't buy a new car at this store, but I bought a new car with another look. When I put it out here in a month, I was told that the position of the valve of the w tire was diagonal, so if I said diagonally, it would be charged. I was worried about it, but the brakes squeaked, so when I asked them to see it, I was told by other stores that it would be charged. Does a company called Toyota only see cars sold in its own stores?
Other dealers are more service yeah.
I think that if the service is not on the diagonal line of the valve position, it will be anxious and repaired ...
