若手の営業さんがついたのですが私ではわかりませんと平気で言われました。
分からないなら、先輩に聞くなり相談したら良いのにそういう素振りもありませんでした。
最初に会った営業さんが好印象だったので残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入時から今まで、何度も店側の不手際があった。契約内容と違うサービスで仕上げられたりパーツを壊したことを隠蔽されたりその他色々。別のネッツトヨタに通うようにしたが、そこでもぼったくりがあった。いずれの件も、お客様センターに問い合わせたら謝罪と返金で済まされた。二度と近寄らない。
From the time of purchase of the new car until now, there have been many inaccuracies on the store side. Finished with services different from the contract contents, concealed that the parts were broken, and various other. I tried to go to another Nets Toyota, but there was also a rip-off. Both cases were apologized and refunded after contacting the customer center. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な接客で安心できます。車検、メンテナンスで入庫しましたがそれについても丁寧な説明があり、流石トヨタと思いました。過去、車はずっと日産、もしくは三菱でしたが対応は2段階くらい上と感じます。
You can rest assured that you will be served carefully. I received it for vehicle inspection and maintenance, but there was a polite explanation about it, and I thought it was Toyota. In the past, the car was Nissan or Mitsubishi, but I feel that the response is about two steps higher.
