★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週休２日制になってから整備の受け付けから入庫までの期間が長くなった。以前なら3日～4日で入庫していたような整備内容でも2週間程度待たされるのは当たり前。整備士もころころ変わっていて定着率が悪い。ディーラーの都合でユーザーが振り回されているように感じる。今までユーザー第一で動いてくれていたように思っていただけに非常に残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入場時のテキパキさは予約情報が社員全員で共有されているためだと思われます。接遇は申し分ないですね。ただその分料金は高めで、飛行機で言えばプレミアムエコノミーとビジネスクラスの間くらいのサービス対価となり、「お値段以上」には感じません。ディーラー整備ではスバルは高額との評価を聞いていますが、否定はできないかな？
