営業さんってもっと親身になってくれるものだと思ってました。
一年保証があるけど点検して保証外の部分だったら修理するしないに関わらず点検費用を頂きますと…。
無料か有料かって作業に取り掛かる前にハッキリとして頂かないと点検に出す気が失せませんか。
こちらの店舗の方針なら仕方ないと思いますが、モヤモヤするので早々に撤収し違う店舗に行ったら、点検無料の台車無料貸し出し、保証外の修理を希望するのであれば有料となりますとの事でしたの。
気持ちよく納得出来たのでそちらを利用します。

2週間前に半年に一度の点検(プロケア10)の案内通知書が届き、昨日懇意の担当者から電話があって訪問となりました。ありがとうです。
新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策として「トヨタカローラ鳥取店」入口に消毒液が設置、社員、お客ともマスク着用が徹底しています。
本棚、キッズコーナ等は当面の間、片付けられています。テーブルは真ん中で遮蔽パネルで仕切られていて安心して懇談できました。
テーブルに案内されいつものように飲み物が提供されましたが、これまではカップやグラスで運ばれていました。今回は上品な模様入りの紙コップが登場しています。
早くコロナ感染が終息して当たり前のことが当たり前にできる日常に戻りたい~と強く願いました。
