★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットから利用しました。パンク修理跡が無いと記載のあるタイヤを購入しましたが、明らかにパンク修理跡あるものが届きました。組み換えをお願いした車屋に見てもらったところ、修理が甘く、すり減ると再度穴が貫通して事故に繋がる可能性があるので内側から再修理が必要とのことでした。専門店ならば見逃してはならないし、虚偽の記載を行い販売してはならないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤフーショッピングで4本購入時送料無料と記載があり購入しましたが、翌日店舗から6,000円追加料金がかかる旨の連絡がありました。こちらの見落としかと思い商品購入欄を見直したところやはり無料であることが判明。再度店舗に連絡をすると「北海道は離島です」と言われ「いやならキャンセルしてくれ」「強要されてもこまる！」と一方的に言われました。でも北海道は離島には入ってませんよね？こちらの店舗の送料表にも北海道0円と記載があります。こちらとしましては強要しているわけでもなく掲載している価格で送れとも言っておりません。納得がいく説明を求めても「掲載ミス」と一方的に何度も言われ段々と対応も横柄になり始めましたが当方が悪いのでしょうか？私も商売を営んでおりますがこの場合は、まず謝罪ですよね？顔が見えず遠方だからと自分たちのミスを棚に上げて不貞腐れたような態度をとるというのはいかがなものでしょうか？この様な対応の店舗の掲載を認めているヤフーに対しても不信感しかありません。
遠方から購入の方は要注意な店舗です。
