電話を取るときにわざわざマスクを外しているのも、声がこもって聞こえづらくなるなどを考えるとまあわかりますが最悪です。客がいるのに外すな。
この方が担当じゃなくて本当によかったです。
The person in charge was polite and very good, but there was a person who was talking without a mask, which made me uncomfortable at once.
The fact that I take off the mask when I pick up the phone is also the worst, considering that my voice is muffled and hard to hear. Don't remove it even though there are customers.
I'm really glad that this person wasn't in charge.
